Our website will shut down on Wednesday, November 23rd at 8:00AM EST so that we can prepare for the sale.

Our Black Friday Event begins when the website re-opens at 12:01AM EST on Thursday, November 24th. *Note: The sale begins on THURSDAY morning, not Friday morning.

Powering Down

On Wednesday, 11/23 at 8:00AM EST, our website will be shut down to allow us time to prepare for the sale.

Stock Quantities

Just because you are able to add something to your cart, does not necessarily mean that you will be able to purchase it. Our website does not reduce stock until a purchase is made, so the first to cash out will actually be sold the product.

Virtual Queue

Something new for our sale this year: a virtual queue! When the website opens at 12:01AM on Thursday, November 24th, ALL users that are already on the website will be given a random place in line, and will then be allowed into the site in that order. All shoppers who join the virtual queue after 12:01AM will be placed at the end of the line.

Clearing Carts

To make this sale fair for all, we will be clearing out all saved carts while the website is shut down. When it reopens, everyone will need to add items into their cart before checking out.

No Rain Checks

This sale is limited to quantities on hand. In light of shipments being delayed, we are not allowing backorders, or rain checks.

This durable 10-piece comb or wide blade holder is made of a very high-quality plastic/resin compound that is used in the auto industry. This holder was designed and specifically molded to custom fit each wide comb attachment for maximum protection. Made in the USA. Top rack dishwasher safe.

One lucky winner will have a copper AGS coin taped to the bottom of the holder. The person who receives the coin, will have that complete order refunded to them. This does not include subsequent orders placed during the sale.

Receipts

You will receive an email from “affordablegroomingshears.com” that your order has been received. This is your receipt. Note: We are a paperless company. Please print this email for your records

Shipping

You will receive a USPS tracking number from “goshippo.com” once your order is packaged. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into “My Account”, provided you make one at checkout.

Emails in regards to your orders will be answered in a timely fashion. Please include your order number for a faster response. We ask for your patience with responses.

Shipping

All purchases will be shipped within 10-14 business days, from date of purchase.

Tracking Information

You will receive a USPS tracking number from “goshippo.com” once your order is packaged

Signature on Delivery

All orders automatically come with “signature required”. If you do not want this added protection, it is up to the customer to deselect the option at checkout time. By refusing this coverage, buyer assumes all responsibility of delivery.

Combined Shipments

Combined shipment requests must be received via email at jeannette@affordablegroomingshears.com. This email should include all order numbers that you wish to combine. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee, due to the large volume of orders.

AGS offers a 30-day return policy, providing there is no damage, no engraving, no defacing of scissors or clipper blades of any kind.  From 31-60 days, store credit will be granted.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping for exchanges and product returns.  There are no exceptions to these rules.  Affordable Grooming Shears’ return policy exceeds that of the industry standard.
