I was looking for a trimmer a little narrower like the Wahl BravMini but that did not cut like a #40-45 for a toy poodle, particularly for feet and those little areas. It is not as wide like a regular clipper but between a trimmer and clipper. It is light weight and easy to use. I wish the directions would have said if the blue light was pulsing vs steady if it was partially charged vs fully charged. The light was steady so I thought it was fully charged until I used it then it completely stopped. Recharging it now. Hopefully it holds a charge now. Small dogs need a little more narrow trimmer/clipper for their small areas and don't need a #40 blade. I hate plastic add on combs. I use the Wahl metal combs on my clippers for the body... so much smoother than plastic.
I like the way they trim. They do cut at #40, I wish that was listed in description. I’m used to using #45 but they still cut around pads very well. I will be buying another pair in the future.
Hi Diana. They are meant to cut at a .5mm, which is the same lenght as a #30 blade. We will verify with the factory that there weren't any made shorter.
I absolutely love this little trimmer! It’s perfect for pads, poodle feet & shaving out eye corners.
Absolutely love this clipper for shaving paw pads. I love the small lightweight design and the blade clips so well!
