Shipping Policy

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, ALL orders are shipped with signature upon delivery ,unless you remove the option at checkout time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from “goshippo”.  Please check your email folders for this valuable information. 

Shipments are processed via the United States Postal Office, generally within two business days. (Please note: holiday sales may take extra time.) USPS is responsible for the delivery of your package. 

  • Please be aware that once we pass a package onto USPS, we no longer have control over what happens to it.  USPS accepts that responsibility.
  • In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance, using the tracking number provided in the email you receive from “goshippo.com". Claims may be filed online at www.usps.com.
  • If your tracking states it has been delivered, and you do not have it, please contact your local post office.  They have GPS tracking for exactly where your package was scanned and delivered to, making it easier for them to track it down.
  • All notifications of claims, non-delivery, damaged/missing shipments, must be communicated to us, AGS , within 60 days of order date.After that date, we no longer have the ability to investigate the package’s journey to you, as USPS tracking numbers are deleted by USPS.
