Description
This fantastic and unique shear is a must have in any groomers case.
Use this shear like any normal chunking shear.
The difference is it will make a smoother finish eliminating that “Patchy” look you will get from time to time .
It cuts and blends at the same time. Its triple serrated tooth edge, holds the hair into place, eliminating hair from sliding away.

I love these chunkers. I had a go to pair before but find myself reaching for these more often. They work really well on wirey or dense coats. I use these really heavily on my English Cocker competition dog’s furnishings. I also like to use these to get a softer finish on Bichon’s with a more challenging coat.

This is my shear I pick up for Golden’s hawks and legs. Leaves a nice finish.

Love these scissors they are great for really blending trim ups and feathers. I also like using them on dogs with thick beards that can be hard to blend these blend so well and don’t leave lines. They are very sturdy and sharp and I haven’t had any issues with them, where as with other brands of more expensive chunkers I find that they won’t work or hair bends between the teeth. Great purchase highly recommend any shears from here.

Love these Shears. More aggressive than thinners, but smoother finish than a chunker. Perfect for almost any coat

These really surprised me. They are aggressive but not with the choppy finish. They work great for my thicker coats and great for a quick oultine shape. I could happily scissor a whole dog with these, if I wasn’t worried about my next client coming in!

I like these hybrid chunkers for detailed finish work. They will leave a smoothe finish without the “hole” marks you can get with other, lesser tooth chunkers, however, I find you can’t move quite as quickly as with a typical blender. They are a bit more precise and if you try to move a little faster they will pull the hair. More for detailed “dusting” of the coat than blending.

Perfect for blending and shaping on double coated breeds. Natural cut and finish. I also use this to finish faces, and furnishings. Seems this shear is never put away! I have yet to sharpen this, and got it for the Christmas rush!

These are great for trimming up “manes” and britches on breeds like Shelties and Aussies. They leave such a smooth and nice looking result and they are super comfortable to use.

First of all these are REALLY sharp! They make short work of profous coats without having to go over with thinners to blend. Used them on a Chow trimmed heavily, and was done much faster than previously when I groomed it. I reach for these for most breeds that you want a very natural look of furnishings and pants without taking a lot of time.

These are my go to for any double coated dogs! But I also use them on natural outline trims for long coated Yorkies.
