These are my very first chunkers! I bought them when I was a baby groomer just starting out. They work great, the only reason I give 4 stars is because for me they hurt my hand a little. I find it to be because they are so small and my hands are so big. I’m just more comfortable with bigger/longer shears. But also they did help “train” me on how to use chunkers for the first time and that when u found out I need a larger set. They are a good set if your brand new to the chunkers world.

Love these scissors! They work perfectly for faces and small dogs I really like them for legs on small terriers and yorkies because they get all those little hairs that get missed. They are also great for dogs that are difficult on their legs because they can take a good amount off while still blending the coat nicely. Great purchase highly recommend!

I LOVE THIS CHUNKER. This was my first pair, I talked to Stephen through pm about what they do, what they are used for, etc. I was looking for something that would take the place of thinning shears for trimming faces. This was my first pair of chunkers, they work great for little dogs and faces. The only thing I did not like about them was the bent thumb hole which is why I purchased the Mako 14 tooth chunker to replace these. Still a great lightweight shear and I have never needed to sharpen it.
