The titanium coating provides a unique and superior cutting experience that is unmatched in the grooming industry. This coating is NOT paint. It is baked into the steel and will not flake off. This eliminates static, and a surface so smooth it allows the coat to feed faster and smoother into the blade, giving a cutting experience never achieved before.

I bought both the Veblen blue and original AGS wide blades in all sizes. I actually think the original AGS blades work better than the Veblen blue blades. They for me were honestly a waste of money. They didn’t. Seem to stay much cooler than the original AGS blades and I feel they didn’t cut as well. I changed my blade drive on my Heiniger’s before using these blades to make sure I knew the blade was working properly.
Overall, I do not recommend the Veblen blue blades. Save some money and purchase the original AGS blades.

Veblen blades are not made to stay cooler. They are meant to stay sharper longer.
Heat comes from friction. Oil as a lubricant will correct that problem.
I really love these blades. I actually saw these Brevlin blades on someone's Black Friday cart they screen shot and posted. They looked amazing in the description and I loved them! Can’t wait to buy more.
I’ve never had such a clean and sharp cut from a blade before I bought these. I’ve had to shave down a lot of matted doodles this week and not once did they get hot or dull at all.
