Everything I have ever bought has always been top notch
Oiled it fresh out of the package, put it under a guard comb, and it didnt even cut a freshly washed and brushed coat, just dragged through the coat. Very disappointed as a lot of groomers have reccomended this brand to me. Im sure they are great but not in my experience so far.

As a first time customer, I wanted to make you aware that we offer a 30 day return policy on all purchases as long as they are not engraved or sharpened. You are welcome to send it back and we can refund you or exchange it. May I also ask that you try it on another clipper and see if the issue duplicates? That could help us help you with any issues.

These days, blades bought off Amazon and other retailers aren't sharp right out of the box and struggle to go through thick coats
