I'm really disappointed in these shears. They were dirty, oily, had hair in them, the package was dirty and old looking. The shears were dull, they did not cut well at all. I'm wondering if someone returned these and they sent them to me?

We advertise and are very proud of sharpening and testing all products prior to sale. We apologize for missing some of that hair when we cleaned them. I believe you are seeing the microfibers from the towel stuck to the oil that can look like hair.

Great for use on feet and some face work. These shears are at a cheap price BUT don't let that discourage you from purchase. They are work horses and I still use them everyday .
I use this shear for my big extravagant poodle cuts and I absolutely love how it cuts time down fast! Tbe micro-serrations don't let the hair slide at all and make it a delight to use!
My boss and I call these the “magic scissors”, we both own a pair and I just ordered another pair to have a back up, they are perfect for poodle top knots and round doodle heads, light weight for the length and feel well balanced in your hand, literally a daily work horse in our salon.
